WHAT YOU’LL BUILD


As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll build and support applications which are part of the Sales Engagement and Planning Solutions which roll up to the SAP Sales Lead to Close value chain.


1) Build Full Stack applications on SAP BTP and also application integrations for integrating different systems of engagement (like Outreach, SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud v2, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) keeping workflows, engagement data, and sequencing aligned across systems.


2) Deliver incremental product features from design to production, validating AI-driven signals for Sales Planning 


3) Run measurements to review the adoption and impact metrics


4) Other upcoming projects of strategic relevance (example: prototype and build AI capabilities / AI Agents)


Your work will directly impact sales team productivity and time-to-action, raise pipeline quality and conversion through prioritized next steps, strengthen engagement effectiveness via tighter Outreach syncs, enable smarter territory planning and whitespace discovery, and drive higher tool adoption and measurable sales outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5 - 12 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of Enterprise Applications

  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Application Development on SAP BTP 

  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages: Java, Springboot, Javascript/Typescript, Node.js

  • Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, and software design principles

  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL)

  • Hands-on experience in cloud-native development with Cloud Foundry / Kubernetes / Docker / AWS / Azure / GCP

  • Solid knowledge of SCM tools (e.g., Git/GitHub) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)

  • Experience in SAP Hana Cloud Database for application development

  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset with a passion for coding and problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of ML & AI, Generative AI, Foundation Models, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI
