Full Stack development Lead

Job Skills:

Backend Development:

● Core PHP, CodeIgniter

● Node.js with Express.js

Frontend Knowledge (Good to Have): HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vue.js/React)

CMS:

● WordPress (custom themes, plugin development)

● Strapi (headless CMS integration and extension)

Database:

● MySQL, PostgreSQL

● MongoDB (optional)

Job Technologies:

● 7+ years of full-stack development experience.

● 2+ years of experience in software/system architecture is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

● Experience in microservices and serverless architecture.

Responsibilities:

● Design scalable and secure software architectures for web and enterprise applications.

● Actively participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, and unit testing.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

● Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.

● Maintain coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation.

● Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

● Lead and mentor a team of developers and guide technical decisions.

● Oversee CMS customizations and integrations (WordPress, Strapi).

● Integrate and customize Salesforce applications as per business needs.
