Full Stack Engineer

Job Purpose / Job Summary:

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary digital and technology team supporting the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). The team designs and delivers secure, scalable digital applications to support policy, operations, and service delivery across Singapore's social service sector.

The Full Stack Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications, including AI-enabled and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across MSF and NCSS to assess business and operational needs and translate them into reliable, secure, and compliant technical solutions that support organizational objectives.
