Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at Dreamari, you will help build the core student-facing application and the counselor-facing dashboard that power Dream Career AI. You will work on systems such as Career Streaks, Explore Careers, the Discover recommendation feed, leaderboard mechanics, and the backend services supporting students across eight countries. This is a founding engineering role with direct impact on product direction, architecture, and scale.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain mobile and web interfaces for students and counselors.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, authentication, and real-time data flows.
• Architect scalable, cloud-based systems that can grow from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users.
• Implement game-like mechanics that drive daily engagement, motivation, and skill progression.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to shape user experience and technical decisions.
• Write clear documentation and follow strong engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, monitoring).

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with React Native or similar mobile frameworks.
• Experience with or backend JavaScript environments.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or similar serverless/backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud deployment, scalability, and performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience building consumer-facing apps with high engagement.
• Exposure to real-time systems, notifications, or gamification mechanics.
• Previous work in education, career tech, or global products.
