Location: Gurgaon (4 days work from office)
Experience: 8–10 years

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Microservices architecture , Cloud technologies , and Full Stack development . The ideal candidate will lead system design and development of highly scalable, multi-tenant distributed systems and mission-critical applications, while managing a team of vendor/partner developers to deliver on product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design complex systems using Microservices and Event-Driven design patterns .
Develop highly scalable, distributed transactional systems and mission-critical applications.
Ensure production readiness aspects like Observability , Security , Performance , and Scalability .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Product, Busin...
