Role: Team Lead – Full Stack Development

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers delivering end-to-end features
  • Own security across application layers (authentication, data protection, compliance)
  • Drive backend-heavy development (60%) with Python (FastAPI/Django)
  • Build scalable, accessible frontend solutions (40%) using React + TypeScript
  • Integrate APIs and healthcare devices
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA / PDPA standards and OWASP best practices
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and architecture teams to deliver high-impact solutions
