Job Title : Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-stack engineer to build and scale workflow-driven platform features. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to design, build, and deliver end-to-end modules within aggressive timelines.

This role is ideal for engineers with strong fundamentals who enjoy building backend-heavy systems with tightly coupled frontend workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end workflow-based modules
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs using PHP (CodeIgniter MVC)
• Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript (jQuery & vanilla JS)
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and internal tools
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate PRDs into scalable engineering solutions
• Drive rapid execution and ensure timely delivery of quarterly milestones
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing systems and workflows

Technical Skills:

Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP
• Experience working with CodeIgniter (MVC architecture)
• Solid understanding of MySQL and database design

Frontend

• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with jQuery and vanilla JS
• Understanding of PHP views and frontend-backend integration

Good to have:

• Familiarity with build tools like Gulp
• Experience building SaaS or workflow-driven applications is highly preferred

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant full-stack development experience
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred

Soft Skills & Expectations:

• Ability to convert business requirements and PRDs into engineering solutions
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
• High motivation and ability to move quickly with minimal handholding
