About the role

My client is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer as the first member of their Lisbon engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on building core product features, scaling backend systems, and owning infrastructure. Over time, this role will evolve into a team leadership position as we grow the Lisbon hub.

• Design and build new product features across frontend and backend

• Develop and scale backend services with a focus on performance and data
