ScaledOps is an early-stage company building an AI Project Manager Agent that helps startups get tasks done 10x faster by combining AI tools with trusted human experts. We're a small team based in Austin and Buenos Aires, working to make operations faster, smarter, and more efficient through human and AI collaboration.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
to join our product team and help us improve the experience and reliability of the ScaledOps platform.

You'll focus on refining the product's interface, improving design quality, fixing bugs, and implementing product enhancements that make a big difference for users. You'll collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to translate feedback into meaningful product improvements, while helping ensure our product feels fast, consistent, and intuitive.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UI improvements and product updates in collaboration with our design team.

  • Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and handle feature requests across the stack.

  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure the app feels cohesive and reliable.

  • Translate Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready React components.

  • Contribute to improving UX flows, visual polish, and overall product quality.

  • Use AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar) to increase speed and accuracy.

  • Participate in internal discussions around product architecture, design, and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with
    TypeScript, React, and

  • Experience working on a real-world product used by actual customers.

  • Ability to implement responsive UIs from Figma or design specs.

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve your development workflow.

  • Comfortable working in a small, distributed, fast-paced team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or similar).

  • Familiarity with or other modern web frameworks.

  • Interest in building tools for creative and operational workflows.

  • Understanding of APIs and integrations.

Work Setup

  • Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
