Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in Python, JavaScript, and Vue, with strong experience working with relational databases and modern AI-assisted development tools. This person should be highly proactive, capable of understanding business goals, and translating them into clear, actionable technical work.

The role requires someone who can work directly with stakeholders, participate in consulting-style discussions, build prototypes, and support continuous improvement after deployment. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, contributing not only through coding but also through business-oriented problem solving.

What you'll do

· Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI enhanced technical solutions.

· Configure and extend our platform using Python, MySQL and AI APIs to deliver intelligent functionality.

· Partner with product management to launch secure, user-friendly features that integrate automation, predictive analytics and natural language capabilities.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven requirements, manage expectations, and drive on-time delivery.

· Thrive in an Agile environment with Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration, code reviews and version control.

· Deliver projects on time based on the defined Statement of Work and communicate progress effectively with customers.

· Own the creation and maintenance of validation tests focused on ensuring accuracy and integrity of AI-powered workflows.

· Leverage AI throughout the implementation process to optimize workflows, automate complex tasks and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in Python web development.

· 3+ years of experience with

· 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions.

· 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).

·  3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework.

· 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs.

· Hands-on experience using AI-enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code) to accelerate delivery, simplify workflows, and focus on high-value problem-solving.

· Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI).

· Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway, and Lambda.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
