Job Description
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team on a hybrid basis!
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the engineering team to design and build applications.
+ Develop full‑stack features with React, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, or NodeJS
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, code reviews, and full SDLC practices.
+ Support DevOps activities in collaboration with platform and systems teams.
+ Communicate frequently with stakeholders during early and ambiguous stages of the project.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
+ Strong expertise with React, including functional components, Hooks, and Redux
+ Back‑end experience with Java + Spring Boot or Node.js
+ Experience with Postgres or another relational database
+ Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
+ Ability to work hybrid (Milwaukee, WI)
