Job Description

This role sits within a globally distributed engineering team responsible for building and evolving a customer communications and engagement platform. The platform is built using a microservices architecture and supports a range of customer interactions, including the secure collection of information, authorisations and downstream processing across multiple customer journeys.

The team operates globally, working collaboratively to modernise the platform, extend core capabilities and deliver new functionality to support additional customer types and evolving business requirements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Take a hands‑on role in delivering production‑ready code, contributing to the architecture and design of systems aligned to a microservices‑based approach.

  • Support the continued modernisation and expansion of the platform, enabling new customer journeys, functionality and scalability improvements.
