We are building an AI‑powered CSR Call Assistant for the home services industry. The system uses real‑time speech‑to‑text, LLM reasoning, multi‑scope job logic, and a customizable rules engine to guide Customer Service Representatives during live customer calls. You will take a complete product blueprint and turn it into a working V1 application.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
