We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Front-End Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge applications built on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.

Responsibilities:

Front-End Development Excellence:

  • Lead full-stack web development projects with a primary focus on the MERN stack, bringing at least 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
  • Build scalable and reusable UI components aligned with established design systems.
  • Leverage Tailwind CSS for fast, efficient styling while maintaining consistency.
  • Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-quality code.
  • Prioritize user experience to ensure intuitive and engaging interfaces.

    • Full Stack Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components via RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.

    • Code Quality and Best Practices:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Implement unit and integration tests to maintain high code reliability.
  • Optimize front-end performance for speed and efficiency.

    • Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Actively engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.

    • Staying Current:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and the MERN stack.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and technical knowledge.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing design systems.
  • Expertise in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, with the ability to translate designs into functional interfaces.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end integration.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of Webpack or similar build tools.
  • Experience with UI component libraries.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

    • Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
