Frontend Responsibilities

• Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js
• Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript
• Use HTML & CSS to create modern, mobile-friendly layouts
• Work with reusable components and state management

Expectation: Strong hands-on experience building real UI screens, not just basic React knowledge.

Backend Responsibilities

• Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js
• (OR) Use Python or Kotlin for backend services depending on project needs
• Build REST APIs to connect frontend with databases and external systems
• Handle authentication, business logic, and performance optimization

Expectation: At least one backend language with solid production experience (Node.js is usually primary).
