Responsibilities

• Implementing our new platform and ensuring our high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the lead architect in Munich to define and refine the system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Translate architectural designs into actionable development tasks for the India team.
• Provide technical leadership for the development team in India, including mentoring, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
