Job Description
**Your role:**
+ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, working with a high degree of autonomy and collaborating closely (including pairing) with other software engineers.
+ Challenge requirements, design decisions, and quality standards to drive robust, scalable solutions
+ Serve as a recognized technical contributor within the team, leading software design in specific areas and guiding best practices
+ Take ownership of moderately complex development tasks, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality software aligned with project goals
+ Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, identify potential issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
