Role Overview

We’re hiring a Fullstack React Native Developer who can own and build across the entire stack—mobile apps (React Native ), web interfaces (React ), and backend services (Node.js ). You will not just be coding; you will be managing the product lifecycle from concept to deployment. You’ll partner with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality features rapidly for our global user base.

What You’ll Do

● Mobile & Web Development: Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and responsive web interfaces using React.

● Backend Engineering: Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js and MongoDB .

● Release Management: Manage the end-to-end mobile application lifecycle, including provisioning, compliance, and publishing releases to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

● End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of features from planning and implementation to testing and deployment.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solve complex problems.

● Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

What we’re looking for :

● 2–5 years of professional experience with React Native in production.

● App Store Expertise: Proven experience managing the full mobile release cycle, including handling certificates, provisioning profiles, and store submissions (iOS & Android).

● Frontend Architecture: Strong experience with React (web) and modern frontend practices.

● Backend & Database: Solid backend development skills with Node.js and strong proficiency with MongoDB.

● Startup DNA: Independent, ownership-oriented, and capable of working at startup speed.

● Communication: A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.

Good-to-Have:

● Experience with agentic workflows (AI assistants, automation patterns, or autonomous tooling).

● Experience building consumer-facing mobile apps and SaaS platforms. 

● Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.

● Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

● Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and quality tooling.
