Full Stack React/Node.js Developer

ESPRIMO Srl, an IT consultancy company that has been operating since 2002 throughout the national and international territory, supporting businesses, is positioned in the Information Technology sector with the aim of providing a wide range of products, services and solutions in the most strategic areas for the company, such as: IT Infrastructure, Content Management, ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, Web Applications, is looking for a:

Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience in React and Node.js, to join a cloud-native team working on AWS-based, microservices oriented architectures.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks, API-driven backends, and cloud-managed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints
• Work in a microservices architecture deployed on AWS
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Integrate frontend and backend components with cloud services and external systems
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications in production environments
• Participate in architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience Frontend

• Strong experience with React
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with modern state management (Redux, Context API, React Query, etc.)
• Familiarity with responsive design and UI best practices Backend
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with GraphQL
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven patterns Cloud & Architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Familiarity with microservices architectures
• Experience with containerization (Docker; Kubernetes/EKS is a plus)
• Understanding of hybrid architectures (cloud + on-prem or legacy integration) Databases
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB, MongoDB)
