Full Stack Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

This role is crucial for developing and enhancing our next-generation healthcare platform, which leverages cutting-edge web technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the MEAN stack (specifically Angular , Node.js , and NestJS ) and possess significant expertise within the Healthcare domain .

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Angular for the frontend and Node.js / NestJS for the backend.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, architect, and deliver new features.

Lead the development of modules related to complex healthcare workflows, including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and/or Chronic Care Management (CCM) .

Ensure the application adheres to industry-standard security and compliance regulations, particularly HIPAA .

Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, and participate actively in code reviews .

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on both database and application performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

Front-End Expertise: Proven proficiency in building single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular (v10+) .

Back-End Expertise: Strong command of Node.js and experience with the NestJS framework for building scalable RESTful APIs.

Database: Mandatory expertise in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) including complex queries, stored procedures, and schema design.

Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.

MEAN Stack: Solid experience working within the overall technology ecosystem.

Healthcare Domain: Must have prior experience or deep understanding of the Healthcare IT landscape.

Workflow Knowledge: Prior experience or a solid understanding of RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) and/or CCM (Chronic Care Management) workflows and technical requirements.

Best Practices: Experience with unit and end-to-end testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points) Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of medical data standards (e.g., HL7 , FHIR ).

Experience in a TDD (Test-Driven Development) environment.
