General Summary:

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

B. Tech. /B. Engg. or M. Tech in Computer science or engineering.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product-based software development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

Must have -:

• Strong proficiency in Python as the primary scripting language.
• Hands‑on experience with React within the MERN stack, along with solid understanding of core JavaScript.
• Exposure to AI application development and working with models such as Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc., including basic understanding of RAG pipelines and LLMs.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and container tools such as Docker and Kubernetes; experience integrating Kafka into applications is a plus.
• Good grasp of algorithms, data structures and their usage in complex problems .
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for building clean, high‑quality, and maintainable software.
• Understanding of how software systems are organized and how different components interact, especially in multi‑service or distributed environments.

Good to Have -:

• Experience working with Java, the Java SDK, and Spring Boot.
• Experience using server‑side frameworks like Node.js or Flask.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB or relational databases, including writing efficient queries.
• Experience building responsive user interfaces using React and UI libraries such as Material UI or Bootstrap.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in the browser.
• Experience working with Unix systems and command‑line tools.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Mocha and Jest, and experience writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
