Full Stack Developer & Application Integration Engineer (NGO)

Role Purpose

Support the NGO’s digital transformation by developing web/mobile applications, integrating third‑party platforms such as CRM, ERP, donor systems, HRMS & LMS, and ensuring smooth data flow and automation across systems. This role combines software development, API integrations, automation, database management and L2/L3 technical support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web/mobile applications

• Build user‑friendly dashboards and internal tools for programs & operations

• Integrate external platforms (CRM, HRMS, Payment gateways, Tally/ERP, Fundraising platforms)

• Build & maintain APIs, automation scripts, connectors & middleware

• Debug system issues & monitor system performance

• Maintain code repository & documentation (Git)

• Provide L2/L3 support, coordinate with SaaS vendors and internal teams

Technical Skills Required

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue

Backend: Node.js / Python / PHP / .NET / Java

Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Integrations: REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, Webhooks

Tools: Git, Postman, CI/CD (preferred), Docker, Podman, LXC container.

Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP/DigitalOcean (added advantage)

BI (Optional): Power BI / Google Data Studio

Soft Skills

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical ability

• Good communication and documentation practices
