About the Role:
To support our growing operations and maintain the premium standard our clients expect, we've developed a custom internal application that we use daily for employee KPIs, product tracking, and managing client experience. As we scale, we're looking to expand this system to include in-app shopping and more advanced employee tracking capabilities, while also continually enhancing our website’s UX and conversion rate through strategic A/B testing and iterative improvements.
