This role requires a strong hands‑on leader who excels in system design, integration, and mentoring, while contributing significantly to code delivery and cross-team alignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute 60% hands‑on coding while leading technical direction and architecture across squads.
• Mentor engineers in system design, NoSQL modeling, integration patterns, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Agronomy, and Design to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery of high-quality features.
