SchoolCues is a fast-growing U.S.-based K-12 Enterprise SaaS EdTech company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. We’re scaling quickly and are looking to hire an experienced .NET Technology Team Leader ASAP to lead our engineering team in Chennai.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive delivery, mentor engineers, and own technical execution for a complex SaaS platform.
What You’ll Do Lead and manage a 15+ member development and QA team
Stay hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and problem-solving
Drive delivery across web and mobile applications
Enforce coding standards, quality, and Agile best practices
Collaborate closely with U.S.-based product and leadership teams
Must-Have Experience 4–6+ years leading software development teams
