Full-Time Assistant (IXL Learning Tutor + Household Management Support) Location: Albania Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: USD $600/month Job Description We are looking for a reliable and organized full-time assistant to support our family in Albania. The main responsibilities include tutoring two children using IXL.com and assisting the employer with managing and hiring household staff. The assistant will not perform household chores personally. Key Responsibilities Supervise and tutor two children through IXL.com learning modules (grades 5–12 level) Provide structure, motivation, and guidance for daily study sessions Assist the employer with hiring, coordinating, and managing household staff Help organize schedules and communicate instructions to staff as needed Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for the children Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Prior tutoring, teaching, or childcare-related experience is a plus Strong communication skills and patience with children Responsible, organized, and able to manage tasks independently Good coordination and basic management skills for overseeing staff English proficiency; Albanian is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience with online learning platforms (e.g., IXL) Background in tutoring or academic support Experience coordinating or managing household staff (helpful but not required) Employment Details Full-time position Salary: USD $600/month Long-term role preferred How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief introduction about your tutoring or coordination experience.
