Full-Time Baker

What you’ll do:

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
• Maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all Discovery Co-op, industry, and governmental policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. 
• Be responsible for the production of goods in a scratch-to-finish bakery including ordering, receiving, measuring, baking, decorating, displaying, and pricing. 
• May update and train all existing and new team members on proper techniques, new items, and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
