• Create a range of classic & inspired cocktails
• Make a variety of espresso coffees â latte art a big plus
• 5 days a week
• Annual salary at $66,000 plus super

About You

• 1 â 2 years experience in a busy high end restaurant / bar
• 1 + year barista experience is ideal
• High level of cocktail making skill
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
