This is not a passive receptionist role. This is a high-touch client experience role for someone who enjoys being organized, proactive, and polished What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and professionally; set the tone for a calm & thoughtful experience. Manage client calls and route them accurately with impeccable phone etiquette. Read people well - provide empathy to clients who may be calling during very difficult life events. Keep the lobby, courtroom, and conference rooms organized, tidy, and presentable. Support general office coordination and assist internal staff with light administrative tasks. Support coordination of beverages, hospitality, and meeting needs. Use judgment to prioritize calls, needs, and visitors. What Successful People in This Role Have Reliability and punctuality (non-negotiable). Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication. Ability to multitask without losing composure. Professional judgment and maturity. Customer service mindset - people feel better after interacting with you. Teachable - open to learning, feedback, and adjusting. Polished presentation & professional tone. Ability to handle occasional sensitive or emotional client interactions. Required Fully bilingual English/Spanish. 1 year in a customer or client-facing role (hospitality, medical office, legal, hotel, retail, call center, etc.). Strong comfort with Outlook, Word, and general computer skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus (Not Required) Previous receptionist or front desk experience. Experience in professional services (legal, medical, finance, hospitality). Interest in long-term growth within a legal or professional setting.
