Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time bookkeeper to manage our financial records across three companies: a coworking space, a construction firm, and a management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial statements, processing payroll, reconciling every month, recording transactions & understanding what the transactions are for, reconciling client deposits against the bank statement, and anything else that would be considered standard for a full charge bookkeeper. We have many locations, all quickbook online files will need to be maintained. Looking for someone who would know how to also consolidate all online quickbook files to perhaps an enterprise account with many companies to save money. Experience in managing multiple accounts is essential, along with strong organizational skills.
