Job Description

Training Management : Handling company training processes, including registrations, attendance records, evaluations, internal database updates, communications, and monitoring training-related bonuses.
Managing fines with external partners, coordinating general services contractors, and supporting temporary staffing agencies and CAE platforms for vendor visits.
HR Administration : Recording HR invoices per internal policies, organizing and registering HR contracts, and maintaining compliant filing systems, especially regarding data protection.
Compliance & SIG Participation : Actively collaborating in implementing, managing, and improving Integrated Management System (Safety, Environment, Quality) processes and fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
