Job Description
We're seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public, providing mental health coaching.
This is a full-time role where you will work from a client's office on a shifting schedule. Local candidates are preferred, but others can still be considered.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 and group onsite mental health support for clients.
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Active PRC license.
- Skilled in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
