Job Description

We're seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public, providing mental health coaching.

This is a full-time role where you will work from a client's office on a shifting schedule. Local candidates are preferred, but others can still be considered.

What You'll Do

  1. Provide 1-on-1 and group onsite mental health support for clients.
  2. Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
  3. Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
  • Active PRC license.
  • Skilled in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
