The Role:

We’re looking for recruiters to join Ceed’s external recruitment network. You’ll help us fill open roles across our internal companies — Oxford Legal Group, Ceed, Keey, Count, Agent Consulting, Floodmaker and Witness Experts — including admin, marketing, sales, video editors, real estate agents, and ai roles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit for active roles including admin, real estate, video editing, marketing, and more
  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with CV + short intro
  • Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
  • Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS
  • Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team
  • Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires

Ideal Profile:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (freelance, agency, or in-house)
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, sourcing logs
  • Strong communication in English — able to present candidates clearly
  • Self-driven, reliable, organized, and motivated by results
  • Bonus: Experience hiring for Dubai or UK markets
  • You’re disciplined, reliable, and results-driven
  • Bonus if you’ve recruited for Dubai or UK markets, or filled sales/admin roles
