The Role:
We’re looking for recruiters to join Ceed’s external recruitment network. You’ll help us fill open roles across our internal companies — Oxford Legal Group, Ceed, Keey, Count, Agent Consulting, Floodmaker and Witness Experts — including admin, marketing, sales, video editors, real estate agents, and ai roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit for active roles including admin, real estate, video editing, marketing, and more
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with CV + short intro
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
- Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS
- Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team
- Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires

Ideal Profile:
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, sourcing logs
- Strong communication in English — able to present candidates clearly
- Self-driven, reliable, organized, and motivated by results
- Bonus: Experience hiring for Dubai or UK markets
- You’re disciplined, reliable, and results-driven
- Bonus if you’ve recruited for Dubai or UK markets, or filled sales/admin roles
