Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers warmly.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist with upselling cakes, pastries, and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members and kitchen/bar staff.
• Handle complaints positively and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and follow hygiene standards.
• Issue bills and process payments.
