Full Time Spa Receptionist

The award winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a full time Spa Receptionist.

Regarded as Europe’s most advanced city spa One Spa, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh, is a natural balance of energy, water and heat in a beautiful, light-filled space. The philosophy at One Spa is all-encompassing; down to the smallest details the Spa is designed to comfort, pamper and relax.

This role involves working 40 hours per week on 5 days out of 7. There will be weekend work and it involves early and late shift cover with the earliest start time of 06:00 and the latest finish time of 22.30.

Responsibilities include:
Working as part of a team of Spa Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest service. Assisting in driving the financial performance of the spa including retail sales, treatment scheduling and up selling. The role also involves taking care of day guests, hotel guests and spa members. You will:
