Full Year Co-op Analyst, Data Science & Strategy

Birch Hill is recruiting Co-op Analysts to join Canada’s premier Private Equity Data Science & Strategy team. Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking for motivated, intelligent candidates who love data, strategy, and solving complex problems. We are highly analytical with diverse backgrounds in consulting, engineering, and pure and applied math and science. We intensely focus on understanding and improving the inner workings of companies and processes to unlock value. For us, data is the means to an end, not simply the end.

The 12-month co-op offers students the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. These longer co-ops are beneficial for students to build skills and integrate more deeply with teams. Full-year co-ops are offered for students in the year before their final year of undergraduate study.
