Full/Part-Time Trainee Baker

Working Hours & Salary

Full-Time:
• 7am-4pm (OT required depending on production volume)
• Gross salary up to $2,400/month

Part-Time:
• 7am-1.30pm/8am-2.30pm (Need to extend hours depending on production volume)
• Weekdays: $9/hr ┃Weekends & PH: +$2/hr

4-days' of work, followed by 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & PH)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform cake filling and layering, including applying cream and toppings according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Assist in cake decoration preparation, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation standards are met.
• Pack cake products accurately, ensuring proper handling and protection of products.
• Carry out product labelling, including pasting stickers/labels accurately and neatly.
• Perform selecting, cutting and glazing of fruits for cake decorations.
