The Opportunity


We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our AI Hub, where we rapidly deliver prototypes, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs) that bring AI use cases to life. This role demands expertise across both front-end and back-end development, supporting the creation of dynamic AI-driven products such as GenAI-enabled web applications, use case marketplaces, and diagnostic tools. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end solutions—translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and accessible web experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and iterate fullstack web applications for AI Hub PoCs and MVPs—delivering responsive UIs, seamless navigation, dashboards, and interactive user experiences.

  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring secure integration and clean API design in line with modern best practices.

  • Translate product requirements and wireframes into maintainable, design-system-friendly UI components using React, , Tailwind CSS, and modern CSS methodologies.

  • Integrate front-end applications with AI/ML and backend services (REST/GraphQL), enabling advanced features like chat, summarization, and guided workflows.

  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-browser compatibility, with a focus on debugging and fine-tuning both front-end and back-end performance.

  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, production-ready code in short, iterative cycles.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable UI patterns, backend utilities, and assets to accelerate delivery across multiple AI Hub initiatives.

  • Support delivery planning, uphold high engineering standards, participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD-friendly practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development.

  • Deep expertise in React and for building modern, component-based UIs.

  • Extensive experience with API usage and design, including REST API architecture and integration.

  • Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS and advanced CSS techniques for scalable and maintainable styling.

  • Solid background in performance debugging and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Hands-on experience in building accessible (WCAG-compliant) web applications.

    • Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, especially Azure hosting (App Service, Static Web Apps), CI/CD, and observability.

  • UI/UX design experience or close collaboration with design teams.

  • Experience building data-heavy interfaces (tables, charts, filters) and handling internationalization (Arabic language skills are a plus).
