Fullstack Developer (NodeJS and Angular) - Fullremote (Portugal Based)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (NodeJS and Angular) for a fully remote project based in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver end-to-end features across the fullstack, from data modeling and API design to user-facing interfaces
• Design and implement scalable systems using TypeScript across both backend and frontend
• Build and evolve backend services (Node.js, APIs, databases, background workflows) with a strong focus on performance, data integrity, and reliability
• Develop high-quality frontend experiences using React, optimizing rendering performance, state management, and overall user experience
• Work closely with AI and product-focused teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into real-world, production systems
• Take ownership of features from ambiguous problem statements through design, implementation, testing, and production release
• Define and uphold engineering standards by contributing to testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and observability (logging, monitoring, analytics)
• Act as a product-minded engineer, collaborating with product and design to shape solutions and challenge assumptions when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master’s in engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
• More than 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with Angular and NodeJS, typescript and API development;
• Experience with AWS services (e.g. SQS, Cognito, SNS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• Strong experience in production-grade web applications.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Product and UX-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Python, particularly for backend services, data processing, and automation (is a plus)
• Familiarity with widely adopted modern software development technologies and practices, such as cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing. (is a plus)
• Experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) domain (is a plus)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Be based in Portugal (mandatory)
