Full‑Time Rental Associate Manager’s Position: Store Manager
Responsibilities
Exceed the needs and expectations of the customer on and off the sales floor.
Be able to lift up to 63lbs on regular bases.
Product stocking in the automotive, outdoor power tools, and power pad.
Demonstrate features and benefits of outdoor power equipment.
Suggest additional product to complete the customer’s anticipated needs.
Cut keys.
Fill propane, in a timely fashion, as requested via radio.
Identify the need for maintenance or repair of all rental equipment.
Identify relevant information for customer warranty information and registration.
Cashier at the small engine or rental counter.
Respond to outside phone calls, in a timely manner, as well as interior requests for assistance.
