Functional Analyst Freelance

Who you are

• You are a passionate Functional Analyst Freelance responsible for analyzing systems, documenting processes, testing features, and working closely with clients to define and validate requirements. Some of your activities will include analyzing functional and technical requirements (data models, integrations, APIs, XML/JSON flows), mapping legacy systems, defining and validating acceptance criteria, reviewing datasets and integration outputs.
• You will contribute to testing new features, collaboratively writing test cases with with our software engineers, performing functional and explorative testing and verifying requirements, and writing clear documentation (data, architecture, user manuals).
• You enjoy understanding how things work, working with data, APIs, and structured information, and you have a basic knowledge of SQL and scripting tools. You can use Excel proficiently.
• Ideally, you will be engaged on a freelance, part-time contract for 2-3 days per week.
• You are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are great at working together with a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective.
• You are proactive and autonomous and prefer working without constant supervision. We provide a stimulating and supportive atmosphere where you can always learn and grow.

• You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.
