What you'll do
Translate business needs into clear functional + technical specs
Design data models, information flows and algorithmic logic
Contribute to API design and solution architecture discussions
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery alignment
Stay close to implementation to ensure quality and scalability
What we value
3+ years as Functional Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner
Strong system thinking, data structures mindset, and structured communication
Comfortable discussing technical concepts with both business and engineering
Fluent in Portuguese + English
