Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Specialist (MM & WM modules) to join our team as the go-to expert for all related requests and issues. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, design solutions, and ensure smooth operations across our SAP landscape.

  • Act as the single point of contact for all SAP Logistics and Purchasing (MM & WM) requests and incidents

  • Analyze change requests, estimate scope and costs, and propose multiple solution options

  • Assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes

  • Ensure service continuity and system maintainability

  • Implement enhancements and developments based on clear specifications

  • Keep all related documentation accurate and up to date

  • Create and manage test plans, ensuring quality control before deployment

  • Monitor incidents and problems, following through to resolution



Requirements

  • Academic background in IT, economics, industry, or science

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an SAP WM & MM functional analyst

  • Knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage

  • Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach

  • Flexible, efficient, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and communication skills

  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector is a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong technical English skills
