Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 yrs of Functional tester experience in web application, mobile and backend change testing
  • Experience with Salesforce permissions, features, queues
  • Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Classic and Lightning Salesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries to perform data validations or set up test data, SQL queries and Oracle DB
  • Strong experience with SDLC, QA processes; create and execute QA test strategy and test plans, Testing artifacts, QA best practices
  • Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks/reporting
  • Experience working on agile methodology
  • Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and Confluence
  • Very good communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as an individual contributor
