Job Description
As functional application administrator within Fleet Management you will lead the transition to our Ship Maintenance Management System (SMMS) a tailor‑made system for Boskalis. Your responsibilities include establishing a knowledge base managing user inquiries creating training materials and coordinating with stakeholders. You will also implement a communication strategy to keep users informed about updates.
Your role ensures the SMMS is maintained perfectly to prevent ships from coming to a standstill. You will travel to vessels as needed and possess excellent communication and customer‑friendly skills. By taking these administrative and user‑centric approaches you will enhance the user experience and ensure successful application support.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for application users addressing inquiries FAQs and providing guidance on application usage.
- Prepare and update training manuals and materials for users.
