Functional Business analyst - Chennai - Hybrid Mode

Role Overview:<br /> We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Product Manager / Business Analyst to lead the definition, design, and delivery of data and analytics products. The role involves bridging business needs with technical capabilities, driving adoption of data-driven insights, and ensuring measurable business value.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for analytics solutions.<br /> Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for data analytics initiatives.<br /> Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.<br /> Partner with data engineering, BI, and data science teams to design, develop, and deliver dashboards, models, and insights.<br /> Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility are integral to delivered products.<br /> Drive user adoption and change management through training, demos, and feedback loops.<br /> Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on usage patterns and business outcomes.<br /> Qualifications & Skills:<br /> 5 8 years' experience in business analysis, product management, or data analytics roles.<br /> Strong knowledge of data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, and analytics concepts.<br /> Experience in defining roadmaps and working in Agile environments.<br /> Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
