Functional Business Analyst with Data and CRM

Responsibilities

• Work as a functional business analyst with the project team for datamart and customer relationship manager systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define and document the requirements (functional & non‑functional) and streamline the processes.
• Define and/or propose sound solution to address business needs.
• Review functional specification and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Review UAT test cases and participate in UAT.
• Follow the bank's process and procedure to deliver quality artifacts and meet key milestones within expected project timeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial and banking industry.
• Understand wholesale banking domain knowledge and products such as customer onboarding & servicing, loan and trade; knowing the business workflow is a plus.
