Experteer OverviewIn this role you will drive the CRM transformation for Bossard by delivering tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions, integrations, and end-user enablement. You will partner with product, tech, and business stakeholders on cross-functional projects with global visibility, balancing configuration work with change management. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape CRM strategy, improve adoption, and align CRM with ERP integrations.
