We’re looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions to our clients. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our platforms are configured, deployed, and evolved in line with customer expectations and company’s best practices.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

• Analyze and formalize client requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead workshops and training sessions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Supervise or execute solution configuration and parameterization.
• Coordinate and validate specific developments with technical teams.
• Oversee testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance.
• Ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support.
• Transfer knowledge through documentation, training, and operational guides.
