What you will be doing

  • Take ownership of projects related to Subscriptions / Service Contracts , ensuring timelines, system configuration, testing, and training are met.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand system and process requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional scrum team, driving solution design, functional design, and implementation of system changes.
  • Lead documentation of system configurations, designs, and processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Facilitate internal up-skilling sessions for IT Application Support and Shared Service Centre teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Manage data migration processes, assisting in the resolution of any issues.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes and ensure their implementation with senior management approval.
